Came in early morning to see if I was able to get s safety check. Most places around the area needed a appointment. I was glad they were able to take me right away and just had to wait 30 min due to all the cars being worked on.

I di not have an appointment on the day I took in my truck, but I did make it a point to arrive around 7:15 am. I had a wait of 3 + hours to have two new tires installed and aligned. Customers shouldn't have to wait that long. Someone should have told me it would take that long and I could have left and picked it up later in the day.

Ford Fiesta runs smoothly! Bought 4 Michelin tires and got a wheel alignment. Prior to visit, car appeared to be dragging but upon completion, car 🚘 appears refreshed! Additionally, staff very friendly and good to customers! Happy 😊 !

It seems like Hawaii drivers are prone to getting nails, screws, etc in their tires, especially with all the construction and road work continually going on everywhere on the island! Somehow my husband's tire kept losing pressure and he had to fill it multiple times in one day. I suggested that he take it to Lex Brodie's since it was close by our house and they were open on a Sunday! We called prior to taking it in to see if we would be able to get an appointment, but they said they were booked for the day. They told us that we could just stop by and they would be able to fit us in somewhere to just fix the leaky tire. We dropped it off the Kyle who was super friendly and nice. He checked the car in quickly and told us that it would be an hour to get the tire patched. We left to Ala Moana and literally got the call right when we got there. It was literally like 10 minutes! So fast!!! They had found a giant screw in the tire and it was leaking quickly. We came back about 30 minutes after the call to pick it up. Excellent, fast service! Can't beat that! Will definitely be bringing our cars back here again!
