I’ve always gotten good customer service both at this location and the Queen’s location. That’s why I’ve always come back. I appreciate the good communication, fairness, and logical reasoning.

My favorite chain mechanic shop to go to. Consistently able to work on my car promptly and the staff is nice. Only quips are that 1. They have always under-quoted costs over the phone even when I specifically ask for "final, out the door" costs by adding on small shop fees, tax, etc. 2. They don't always inform me that the car is ready, and I have to call asking if everything is OK with my vehicle, only to be told that it's been waiting for me to pick it up. Nevertheless, I'm a repeat customer and recommend them!

I took my vehicle in because all of my emergency lights came back on. They were so helpful and kept me informed with what they were doing. It only took them 1 day to diagnose the issue and have it fixed. I will definitely take my vehicles back.

Lex Brodie's in Aiea sets the standard for professionalism, prices, and quality. I never worry about being ripped off or sold something I do not need. Prior to coming on island I already replaced some parts on my vehicle and when they did their assessment they told me everything that was replaced was good or better. They did not try to take advantage of me not knowing, in the event I did not know. They encouraged me to correct some safety issues and at a price that could not be beat. I even recieved a free rental while the repairs were being completed. The same repairs a repair place in Silverdale, Washington State was trying to charge me 700 dollars more for. If you want the job done right and for the best price with proper sense of urgency I am encouraging to give this place a try.
