Noticed wife's back tire basically around 4:30. Luckily Lex Brodies was still open and able to put two new tires on the rear. Both were worn, so I asked to have them replaced, not them suggesting it. Came out to $225 installed. Everyone I interacted was very nice and helpful, and I think I got a good deal on the tires. Most of all, I left with the peace of mind that my wife could drive safely down the road and not be stranded at the most inopportune time.

* updated review Let me start off by saying that This is my second review. You can see my review from my first visit below. I'm updating because of the horrible experience I had today. I took my car in for my scheduled oil change appointment today. Being that it was just a standard oil change I didn't expect it to take too long. Almost 2 hours later they still hadn't called my name to say my car was done so I went up to the front desk to ask about it. The employee went to check on my car. When she came back in she said that they hadn't even started on the car. Seriously?! I had an appointment and have been waiting almost 2 hours and you haven't even started? Her only response was "sorry". I couldn't stay any longer because I had to get my kids from school so I left with no oil change. The worse part, when I got in my car to leave my odometer read 4 miles higher than when I dropped the car off. I know this because they write down the mileage when you come in. How can you not do my oil change but my car shows it was driven 4 miles? Did they go to lunch in my car instead of working on it? Never going back there (1st review ) First time to this location. Took my car in for an oil change and mentioned that my tire gets a little low every month or so. They checked the tire, found a nail and then proceeded to fix the tire for free!!! Great customer service. I will be back

the staff at the pearl ridge Lex Brodie's have great customer service and the work that I had done was right on time. I also like that they have lifetime warranty on their repairs, such as tire rotation and alignment when you purchase tires. The service is great!
