The Kalihi Lex Brodie's branch is awesome! I called the queen street location last week and they said their first available opening would be the following week Thursday, so I made an appointment with them over the phone for 9:30. When I showed up the following Thursday for my "appointment" they said they couldn't find my name and said they could take the car but it would take about 4 hours. The person helping me was very apologetic but sent me on my way. I went home and found good reviews on the Kalihi Lex Brodie's so I booked an appointment with them on the same day at 2pm. I showed up and was out by 3pm and I used the $10 discount I received for booking my appointment online. Overall I am very happy with the Kalihi Lex Brodie's service.

Took my company vehicle to get serviced at Lex Brodies Kalihi. Was very impressed with their customer service. They were very thorough in asking detailed questions and inspecting my vehicle prior to the service. I was given several different options without feeling pressured. I received my vehicle back sooner than expected. Vachelle is Awesome! She was professional, friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Upon picking up my vehicle, I received a detailed report of the work that was done. Prices are very reasonable.

I needed a recon safety check, so in order to pass DMV requires that all alignment angles are within factory specs. I'm a regular customer at the Kalihi LEX BRODIES. I called at 10 am to schedule an appointment and they took me at 11:30 am. The service manager was great, as is their staff. They got the alignment to meet specs and I was able to pass recon, and safety check all in one day. Thanks LEX BRODIES.

Can't say enough about these guys. Brought my car in with a leaky tire. They found the problem and I needed a new tire. Unfortunately they didn't stock my tire but they went to work and found one elsewhere, sent someone to go fetch it and had it mounted balanced all by the time I got off work. The customer service is exceptional. This company has excellent leadership and a hard working crew of men and women. I will always use Lex Brodies for my tire, oil and break service. Scott you should be very proud of these guys!

Lex Brodie's is the best service you are going to get in O'ahu. I've been to other shops on the island and none comes even close to the top notch service and products they provide.

I moved over from big island and used to go to another LB location so when I came here I had an idea of what to expect but it’s always a gamble you know? Well I am glad I did. Great friendly service. Transparent diagnosis of services and service recommendations. Great coffee for waiting guests and staff and absolutely ready for appointments during allotted time. I will be back for all my service needs.
