Great customer service! Walked in and they took care of me and my car. Pricier than Costco, even with the price match. But worth being able to walk in and get taken care of immediately. I had to wait quite a bit longer because I also needed the vehicle inspection and they only had one guy on staff that could do that. But worth it to get everything done in one place. So you pay a little extra, but I know that I won't have to skip any tire rotations because it's too much of a hassle to get it done. Thank you, Lex Brodie!

I had a problem with my headlight and Cooper said to come in and he would take a look at it. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. I find Lex Brodie's to have the best staff and service around. To Cooper and the gang, "thank YOU, very much"!

Came in for an oil change, purchase two front tires, get them put on and get an alignment. This SHOULD take less than two hours total. I was here for over FIVE HOURS. When I asked why it took so long, I was condescendingly told it was because I didn't have an appointment. The man I spoke with was rude and basically attacked me for questioning what the heck was going on. I understand it gets busy, but as a BUSINESS, don't you think you should have mentioned it was busy today and suggest making an appointment? Well, instead you can say goodbye to these former customers. First and last time going to any of the chains. Lack of professionalism is a great way to not get repeat customers.

I made an appointment with Richard over the phone, he was not only courteous and friendly, but also able to get me in for a tire rotation within a couple days for an ideal time. He instructed me to ask for Cooper, however, as Cooper was tied up with another customer, Maile came up to me and assisted me to check-in. She got my vehicle in-and-out within an hour or so. Thank you Richard for allowing me to come in and Maile for your hospitality. Mahalo!
