Replacing the headlight bulbs in my CRV took just a couple of hours (15 minutes of their time--2 hours of my time), and I was surprised to receive this service at no charge, especially considering that they had charged $76 to do exactly the same thing last year (replacement headlight bulbs definitely don't last). Always happy with their service.

Good service, timely, and professional

Do not use this facility if you want your vehicle fixed in one day. Dropped my vehicle off at my appointment time 9:00am. After five hours the vehicle was not even looked at yet. When I voiced my disappointment, the excuses began flowing. Only one tech available. Staffing is Not my problem and this was not communicated with me until late in the day. They wanted to keep vehicle and perform repairs the next day. This business forgets who pays the money for repairs. I terminated any repairs and will not use rex brodies again. Very Poor Communication skills.
