I was able to make an appointment online with just one day’s notice. Service was completed as agreed and staff was friendly. They seemed a little short-staffed, so I did have a short wait while dropping off and picking up my vehicle. I think this was the result of it being a Sunday, and wasn’t a significant inconvenience.

Customer service by the two ladies at the front desk were awesome. They were very friendly and had a positive attitude!

Excellent customer service both on phone and at establishment. Had to wait longer than expected due to unexpected extra work needing to be done. Appears manager considered my explanation and opted to negotiate price on extra work. Much appreciated.

Thank YOU...very much - for outstanding service again! Second visit to a Lex Brodie's location and the great service continues. This time, my car was slowed down by a flat tire. What does one do? Go through the convoluted hassle that comes with Drive-Sure Benefits? Wait until the dealership is open on Monday? Or go see the friendly folks at Lex Brodies on Saturday and keep driving? Lex it is! - Called at 7:25 am and was told to simply come in - cost $21+ to patch a flat and may be a two hour wait or longer since they were fully booked with appointments on this day. - The place looks like a used car lot - it was packed with many customers already on-site and many bays already full of cars and staff. - I get checked in and pointed down the road for breakfast (New Queen Barbeque anyone?). - It took just under three hours which I expected, and they not only texted me to let me know the car was ready, but also called me later too. - Who knew there was a screw lodged in the tire?! - The cost starts at $21 and goes up depending on the size of the tire. - BE SURE TO SHOW AAA OR MILITARY ID FOR 10% OFF ALL WORK! - With the pouring rain, they insist one of their staff will valet my car to me so I don't have to get wet. With the time I saved, the low price I paid, the great service from start to finish, and a relatively dry head despite the torrential rain and my car back on the road with tires inflated equally...how could I not recommend Lex to friends and family?
