I brought the car into Lex Brodie's to check a coolant leak. The mechanic showed me a small leak coming from the reserve tank. I bought a new tank from the BMW parts department and put it on. Problem solved.

I've said it before and I'll say it again... Amazing customer service! I dropped my car off during my lunch hour to get a state inspection and said I will be back after work to pick it up. When I came back I was told it wasn't done yet and to have a seat. I was a little annoyed since my was there for 5 hours and still wasn't finished and I mentioned it to the associate but I knew it wasn't her fault and it was also the end of the month so I knew they had to be busy. The associate said she was going to have someone do the inspection asap and asked me to have a seat in the waiting room. So I sat in the waiting room and watched their TV. After about 30 minutes the inspector came over and let me know that two bulbs had to be replaced in order to pass inspection so I said to go for it after asking how much more it was going to cost. He said he should be finished in about 15 minutes so I sat back down. The associate came to get me and said my car was ready to go and my keys were in the car.... I said ok and followed her to the register to pay.... she just looked at me said have a nice day.... and I reminded her that I had to pay for everything. She then said it's free of charge! Really?! I looked at her like she was crazy and she said it again. Thank you-thank you-thank you! That made me feel so much better to know how much they care about their customers! Lex Brodies never fail to amaze me with how much they take care of their customers and I'll always come back!

Made an appointment, showed up 10 minutes early for appointment after checking in car stayed without being looked at for an hour after appointment time, had to cancel appointment.
