Made an appointment on line. Got a $10.00 discount. The estimated time for my repairs according to the website was 4 hours. Total time was 5 hours. I consider that pretty good. I have only good things to say about Lex Brodies's customer service .

I had been told my tire was leaking air from the side. I brought it in to be replaced, but the technician at your shop said there was a piece of metal stuck in the tire and did not need to be replaced but could be fixed!! Saved me tons of money and I appreciate the honest of Lex Brodies. You can bet that when the tire really needs to be replaced or any time anyone in my family needs a new tire we will buy them only from Lex Brodies. Thank YOU very much.

Wow...if u want super personalized service, check out lex Brodie's! of course I've heard of lex Brodie's but I've never had a reason to come here. This morning my gf's battery died and I was short on time. Was thinking about going to Costco to change the battery, but I've been there to buy tires and it was like waiting for water to boil! (Is that a good analogy??) The wait is sooooo long there and service was pretty junk coz they're so busy and understaffed. Anyway, I called Lex Brodie's and Michelle gave me an estimate for a replacement battery. I knew would be Mebe about $25-30 cheaper at Costco or Sams but Lex Brodie's was already open and I was short on time and couldn't take off of work to change the battery myself. I jumped my gf's car and she followed me down to Lex Brodie's. We were greeted by a super cool salesperson who took care of us, gave us an estimate, explained the charges (installation and disposal) and told us that because we didn't have an appointment it might take a couple hours or so. That was fine since we had to go work anyway. We were out of there within 15 min. About 30 min after we dropped off the car, my gf got a call saying the car was ready. Wut???!! Awesome! All this was done BEFORE Costco was even open, so I was super glad I decided on coming to Lex Brodie's. Even though was prob a little more expensive, I look at it as supporting the local guys. Glad I did coz the whole experience was painless and awesome!

Easy to work with and great customer service! Easily set up an online appointment at their website and then got promptly checked on when I came in. Had a small task of a tire rotation and balance. After about an hour they texted me saying my car was done. To top it all off, they didn't even charge me! The shop looked quite busy so don't expect ultra fast service but expect great service! Thanks to Lex Brodie and his team.

Great customer service and work completed in a timely manner. They didn't have the tires in stock that we originally wanted but gave us a good deal on the ones that they did have. Will be back!
