Service was awesome. The lady up front took her time with us answering our million questions. They took a look at a tire that Costco had said they couldn't repair and I would need to buy another one and Lex Brodie's repaired it no problem! Thank you Lex Brodie!

It was my first visit to the Waipahu LEX Brodie's. The staff was friendly and professional. She was knowledgeable about the needs of the problems with my car. She was fair and honest about what I needed to do to fix my car. No over selling. I will recommend this business to all my friends and family. As much as I love the great service here at Lex birdies the long wait yesterday was not what I expected. Although, it was fairly busy this time of the morning and I do understand it does take time to service ads many cars that comes in back to back. However, I was just amazed with the long wait, it was close to 4 hours? All in all that's my only downfall. I will never stop taking my vehicles there, it is so convenient for my family close by to where we live. Thank you!

The service is always good and the prices are reasonable. Staff are nice despite almost always having many customers to deal with. Yesterday, I dealt with Maile and she was great as usual.

Lex Brodie worked quickly to install a set of 4 new tires and also have my truck wheel alignment done. The girl Maile Otis was friendly and answered all my questions. I do regret not meeting the sales person named Cooper. If I had not spoken to Cooper, I would have gone to another tire shop ! He is a great salesperson and definitely convinced me to shop at Lex Brodie ! I must give a thank you to Cooper.

It all seemed very organized and people helping me were very friendly, until they called to say the car was ready. When I got there, and after I paid, they figured out my car has not been aligned, which was all I was paying for (the rest was the full service package). Then they basically just left me alone. I asked if should I go to the waiting room. They said yes. I was stuck there for 1 hour and 40 minutes, until it was finally done. There was never an apology or explanation or anything. That was very disappointing.

Came in for a trailer inspection, service was fast, employees we very helpful, awesome experience
