Good customer rep. Was knowledgeable and very helpful. Could have gone over the tire and service options a little more slowly, was difficult to keep up with her. I understand since she does this many times a day it's all second nature to her but, to a customer it can be a little hard to keep up with if explanation is done to quickly. She did, however, go over any questions I had till I understood what she was saying.
