Sweet counter lady and helpful tire guy who fixed my flat.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The service workers checked the problem and determined that the tires were all okay. The tire warning light did not go out and I will have to take the car to dealer to check. Highly recommend Lex Brodie's for your tire needs.

Friendly, hard workers

I asked in the very beginning to check the air pressure and condition of my spare tire. After I paid my bill and inquired about the pressure in my spare tire, it was not done so I had to wait. Also, things from the jack/spare tire compartment was not put away and just left in the trunk.

Customer service is usually very good. Very disappointed yesterday. Booked early appointment (7:00 a.m.,) purchased 4 tires. Was told this would take approximately 3 hours. After 5 hours passed, called to check on status. Was informed that my tires were not in stock and driver had to pick them up (booked this appt a week in advance.) Car finally ready about 3p.m. Picked car up at 3:30, rims were filthy. You would hope that workers would care and take pride in their work, not leave their grease marks on rims. Made sure Jim was made aware of dirty rims. I could not wait as I did not want to be late for my 4:15 appt. Jim was apologetic and explained that someone took my tires out of inventory even if he had reserved it a week in advance. Need for better procedures.

Your personnel are always so helpful and efficient. I always get treated like a special customer don’t know why but I sure do you like it.

I was irritated that I had to wait an extra hour even though I had an appointment. But the personal service was excellent.

I dropped off my car for an oil change. It was done in less than an hour (included the AAA road trip special, with tire rotation). Also received a $10 discount coupon for making an appointment on line. Thanks Lex Brodie!
