Took my car in for a safety check and also to check on a slow leak in a tire. Received prompt service.

Great service! The people are nice there. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. They know what services I needed assistance with and got it done.

The honesty and professionalism of the staff are amazing! When I first called and described my tire problem, Cooper was kind and honest. He made me feel comfortable enough to trust the rest of the staff to continue the work on my car. When I brought my car in, the staff member was informative and shared with me my options. Nowadays there are very few places that provide the kind of customer service that you get here. I had a slow leak and called Jim Baldauf because I remember & trust him from when I purchased my tires. I was really happy & relieved to find out he was still there! Jim helped me with making an appointment on a Saturday so I wouldn't have to take time off from work. When I arrived the lot was packed. Seeing the number of cars in the lot I began to prepare myself to wait 3-4 hours. I can't tell you how happy and surprised I was when even with the heavy rain my car was done as promised (and a bit earlier at that!) I watched what was going on in the garage as I was waiting. I noticed Jim was the guy everyone else called when someone had a question or was upset. With all that was happening he was always calm and potentially bad situations were handled with care. I remember seeing a lady grumbling about something then seeing him go and wipe her windshield. Not sure what the windshield had to do with tires, but the lady left smiling. I'm sure he could have asked someone else to do it, but he did it himself so the lady didn't have to wait and get more irritated. I don't know how he keeps his cool. I wouldn't be able to do it. I'm just glad he's there and have got to say that there aren't a whole lot of places with the kind of customer service that you get here.
