They provided great service and communication was excellent! I am definitely coming back to Lex Brodie. Price is reasonable and the people there are so helpful. Definitely an Aloha spirit work place and service.

Garrison did an amazing job at patching a hole in our tire!! We pulled in right before they closed with a low tire and he immediately pulled it off, checked it, and found a nail. He was able to patch it pronto preventing us from getting a flat in the middle of the night! Thanks so much!

Usually I give Lex Brodie's a 5 star. However, this was the 3rd time I brought in my car for some brake noise. At one of my last inspections, the mechanic noted the rear brake pads were getting worn. So at my next oil change, I asked them to check. Nothing noted on record. Next oil change, nothing noted. This time, they didn't check on brakes because they were backed up, even though I had an appointment and said there was a new noise I wasn't used to hearing. The oil change took over 2 hours! And there was no sticker for the next oil change with miles and date.

The Pearlridge location has very great customer service. They are very honest and trustworthy. I originally wanted to have my drum brakes repaired since it has been squealing for sometime. Although before they worked on my vehicle the manager spoke to me. He explained that my brake pads were still good, but what needed to be changed were both brake cylinders because they were leaking. He was very informative and took the time to show me what needed to be done. I will definitely come back to this location!
