Another good experience at Lex Brodie's Waipahu!

I called at 8:30 this morning because I had a screw in my tire. I knew I had to replace all four tires and checked a lot of places online. I've used Lex Brodie's for tires in the past and called them. The rep who answered the phone checked for my tires and told me they were at the warehouse, that he could have them there soon, and that it wouldn't take terribly long to get everything done. I was very pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. The folks at the desk were great about keeping me informed. I had my car back and ready to go in less than three hours with no appointment! Better yet, there were a ton of discounts and a $50 gift card headed my way. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else to get tires :)

Great Outstanding Service!! I came in about six months ago for tire rotation and air pressure check for tires on my Mazda. The person that did my service this day did a great job and briefed me on information on tire wear. Yesterday on the 9th I took my Mazda CX-7 for tire checks, because I did Brake work on the car, replaced all four rotors and brake pads this past Saturday. This same young man took the time to ensure proper air pressure and torque the lug nuts to specs with rotation of all tires. The impressive part was his work ethic and the pace he worked, he was working on three cars at the same time i.e. Tire rotation, balancing, tire pressure etc... I'm a retired Marine!! I was impressed with this employee. since I retired from the Marine Corps, not often have I come across a "Hard Charger". I asked the young lady at the register for this young man name, his name is Lolani Faapouli. Lolani Thank You!! This is my Wife car, makes me feel better!!

Cyndy's Bottom Line: Exceptional Service from Leimomi and Kapua. I stopped in to have my oil checked because the low engine oil light came on. I didn't expect to receive such helpful customer service. Leimomi assisted me and drove my car to the garage area. Leimomi and Kapua checked the oil level and topped it off with synthetic oil. Kapua provided good information on how to properly check the oil level and the type of oil to use. Great team effort and awesome customer service. Mahalo! Mahalo!
