Excellent service.

I got the call after 3 hours of waiting that my tire was fixed and ready for pick up. When I get there the front desk says there was no mail in the tire and that the rim was cracked, and they didn't do anything. I know full well there was a nail and let her know I have a photo. She said hmn let me check and went to the back of the shop to talk to the mechanic. Came back and told me they finally found the nail and they would be able to fix it in 5 minutes. They said nothing about the rim. They could've told me over the phone that they were unable to find the nail and I could've helped and they should've addressed the rim. Unfortunately I am very disappointed in their service or actually lack there of.

My tire picked up a screw so made an appt to have it checked out. Service technicians were very professional in handling the issue

Discovered bolt in tire, tire was flat. Called and got appointment the same day. Took a long time due to mix up in who to contact when repair was done. I was contacted at home although spouse was at Lex Brodie. He finally had to track down staff member to get car.

Brooke was very accommodating from start to finish.

Great Service, Nice employees. Their online appointment and selecting tires actually works compare to other tire places. Will be going back when I need new tires again.
