Vachelle and Maile are awesome..brake job was estimated to take several hours or overnight. Maile arranged for a rental car pick up and drop off at the shop. I was charged optional insurance only. Extremely efficient, friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are. I highly recommend this location for good service and value. Thanks to the mechanic too, whoever he was, for completing the job in a very timely manner.....well before expected!

Kaneohe Lex Brodie's is the best on Oahu! I've been with Lex Brodie (Queen St) since my first car in 1975. Moved to the Kalihi Street location in 2013ish for convenience. When that location closed, started going to the Kaneohe location. And, I will never move again! From the ease of making an appointment, and the Good Morning when I walk in, to my leaving: The staff is friendly, makes me feel like family; the facility is clean and well-maintained (and awesome coffee); competitive pricing.

As always, great service and great work. Nothing is ever done without your permission, and they keep you informed with every step, including the cost.

They matched the price of the tires I found somewhere else. They took care of me when they were busy and acted like I was the most important person there. They make Aloha when none of us are happy to be sitting in a car shop having are car worked on. Maintaining cars costs and these folks don't make you feel like you have to call an experienced car person to avoid being ripped off. They don't over charge.
