It was great- except it was a long visit(8am to 1pm) . I came in with a flat tire which could not be repaired. I ended up having to get all 4 tires replaced. They honored their coupon that they told me about when they quoted their initial fee.! My bill was a little less than first quoted- SCORE!. I was very pleased that I could save money!

They forgot to reset the maintenance required light

As usual, I got excellent Service and friendly assistance when I dropped off my Honda van for the annual safety inspection. The inspection took less time than expected and my van paperwork was ready and on the dash when I was escorted to my vehicle.

Lex Brodie's management is horrible! Steve, one of the workers isn't attentive and has horrible work ethics! We've made an appointment, but wasn't put into appointment log the next day. We've complained to the manager and she's done nothing about it. If you plan on going here, make sure to think again.

I had a form / purchase order for a safety check to be done from a collision center, so I had made an appointment with them the day before so I thought I could grab the form and then head to my appointment with it the following day. So upon coming to lex brodies for my appointment 6/11 at 2:30 pm, the guy at the front desk said I'm considered a walk in when I mentioned I had a form from them, which not sure how it works but I had an appointment too? Told me it'd be about 3 hours if I were to wait that day. So I said I'd reschedule another day, but humbug as I realized I can just go pay out of pocket elsewhere.

Great caring service and attitude. You feel welcomed as a customer and friend, not just a money bag. Jack goes above and beyond to represent Lex Brodie in a positive way. Very happy and caring guy. Something you don't find much of in businesses today. The staff as a whole treats you like family.
