Took 1.5 hours to have a tech look at a tire for 2 minutes and say they couldn’t patch it and didn’t have a tire in stock for me. By that time their other location and other stores that had one in stock were closing.
Aloha Mr. Elmore, please accept our sincerest apologies for the disappointing experience. Was there a puncture on the inside should our outside shoulder, that could be fixed (that wasn’t visible in the parking lot? Something not seen until the tire stops in the right spot where it’s visible or when it was in the rack and up in the air. Sadly that can happen.) If the tire was worn out, that is something we could normally see in the parking lot inspection. Did you have a rescheduled waiting appointment, or were a walk in “drop off”? Can your email your invoice number to [email protected]? We can look at the documentation. Sadly, we can’t stock all of the various 1,000+ tires application options at each of our stores and it’s tough to pick up tires from the other stores within 3-4 hours of closing.
