How you guys gon tell me over the phone you can take me and finish that same day but i come in by the time the girl on the phone said to send another person said your can’t take me? Took a chance on you guys bc it was on the way home but i ended up wasting my time.

Local auto, tire, and repair shop that has several locations on the island. I called in for a safety check and was able to get in on a Wednesday late afternoon without much of a wait. I'm just lucky, I guess. Service was quick and thorough. Location is conveniently located in the heart of Honolulu. Large facility that definitely changes tires and does safety checks. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. The waiting room is just like other auto shops, but I appreciated the unique phone charger powered by a lead acid battery. Will be coming here again for my safety checks. The waiting area has a water dispenser, coffee, tea, vending machine, TV, and Wi-Fi.

Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Customer lounge was clean and neat. Seats nicely spaced so everyone had their own personal space.

Great job as usual. Purchased four tires with a wheel alignment and work was finished within time frame promised. I have all my service and safety checks and any mechanical issues done here, always with excellent results and great customer service!

Jan 22, 2025--My tire warning light came on, I checked the PSI on all four (one was low) and headed straight to Lex Brodie's. Greeted by Ms Jaden/Jada (I hope I got that correct). She was courteous and I was pleasantly surprised she greeted me by name. She saw me come out of my car and had inputted my car license into her computer. I'm a return customer. Long story short, she hooked me up. One of my tires that had two previous plugs was leaking and since I bought all four tires years ago, it was time for replacements. Beyond happy that my problem was fixed that day--didn't mind the wait at all. So to Ms Jaden and the service technician who got the job done, a big Mahalo!! These two deserve that "free lunch."

They were very professional, informative, accommodating and fair.
