We brought my daughter’s car in for a problem we weren’t sure Lex Brodie’s could fix but since they’ve always done us right, they were our first stop. Not only were they able to diagnose and fix the issue, they diagnosed and fixed several other issues we thought were unfixable. When Brooke called to update me on the diagnostics and estimated price for repair, she made sure I knew everything was optional and never made me feel pressured to complete the work. We were initially planning to fix the original issue and then sell the car. However, it’s now driving better than it has in the 3 years we’ve owned it and we plan on driving it into the ground! I was able to make a online appointment as recommended by Scott, everyone was very professional and friendly. There was one issue as I had a KEI van and they have no specs for torquing lug nuts. After confirming torque with my mechanic, tire was remounted and I was on my way.
