Excellent! Trustworthy company! I brought in both my cars for alignment and they did the alignment on the first. But after an alignment check, they determined that the second car did not need alignment - so there was no charge for checking. My wife had reported that a reversing light had burnt out and asked for it to be changed. They also checked and found that there was nothing wrong with the light - no charge for that either!! I've read about shops that push unnecessary jobs to increase sales but Lex Brodie's is not like that!! I've always trusted Lex and, now, even more!

My experience with tire balancing and rotating at Lex Brodie's this morning was very positive. I arrived early and was promptly greeted by a friendly service clerk. In just an hour and a half, I received a phone call informing me that my vehicle's service was complete. The staff at Lex Brodie's were very professional throughout the process. This complimentary service, provided with my tire purchase, exemplifies their excellent customer care.

As stated, took hour half for wait time. But noticed did not work on my car until approximately hour 10 minutes later for a 15 minutes work on a job well done. The person appears to be an excellent worker. But did receive heads up that any car on the rack will be serviced first depending on service needed. Thank you very much!

I have been a customer with 2 different vehicles over 3 years. 2 years ago I got 4 tires installed 275/55/17. January of 2024 Iput in a work order 1441638 for 2 tires and alignment, the read out sheet stated they would be in by the end of the month and that they would contact me. Never got that call so I followed up in February, the associate said they were on container and would be delivered in 2 or 3 days and thT they would give me a call. This is now March 16 no call and no 275/55/17 in stocks stating that is not a common size although I had 4 installed at that location and put in a work order. Until now I have been pleased with Lex Brodie's service. I had to leave a review to express my frustration with work order 1441638 that has not been completed. This has been a waste of time, I could have shopped elsewhere but I gave them the benefit of doubt and ride around on bald tires waiting on them smh
