The wait was to long 3.5 hours just to check my alignment and tire rotation. The sales person KCP that checked me in was not friendly and not helpful, he was t busy talking to this lady customer, so I had to talk to another sales person that was very helpful and friendly.

Dependable

Every since I got the lifetime brake service done for my vehicle, the brakes have been squealing intermittently when I come to a complete stop. Took it to get checked and the mechanics said nothing was wrong, brakes pads are still good. Drove it off the lot and the brakes squealed again. This time squealing was getting worse, took off from work with no pay to get this fixed, and got the same diagnosis, nothing wrong, pads are good. Drove for the lot again, the brakes squealed. Frustrated, I called and spoke to the service agent to complain that the brakes are still squealing and asked if the mechanics did a road test, she said “no they did not”. Told the agent I’m coming back the next day after work to have it checked again. When I got there, the agent said, sorry, but our mechanics are done for the day, mind you that they close at 6 and it’s only 3:30. After speaking to what seems to be the manager wearing the red company shirt, she was able to describe to me what the problem could be, but at the same time she said it can’t be fixed? What!!! I was furious, i struck out after my 3rd attempt. It’s sad that I have to go back to this place because I got the lifetime service.

I have been a customer of Lex Brodie for many years, and I have always been pleased and satisfied with the excellent customer service and the quality service of repairs gor my car. My last two visits to Lex Brodie - a month ago and most recent on 03/22/24 - Cooper assisted me on both times. The people were and courteous and informative. I asked the service man about my tires. He looked and checked all four tires and he said I didn't have to replace any of my at this time. In checking me out, the service woman was polite and directed me to the area to pick up my car.

the person who assisted me was very kind and helpful. i did not catch his name but he was sweet. he did my paperwork and i was on my way. i do hope he is honored a free lunch. he deserves it . thank you so much !

Appreciated the double check that caught not 1 but 2 punctures in my daughter’s tire. It took a little longer for the repair but it was worth the piece of mind and not having to make a return visit. Always great service from this location. Mahalo!
