Unbelievable I just tried calling to schedule an appointment for an oil change and they asked me to provide my license plate number which I didn't have at the moment and so I asked if I could hold the appointment time slot and he said that it's pretty much open from 2 o'clock beyond on Monday so I said OK. Five minutes later a call back after I've got my information to let them know that I have my license plate number, and I want to schedule the appointment. The girls said that it was taken. There's nothing else for the day I can either drop it off and wait between 1 to 6 hours and that's it so not too sure what the mixup was or somehow within five minutes all the slots were taken for Monday Very upset right now

In the meantime, please use our easy online appointment tool to book online. If you plan to wait, book a waiting appointment. Sometimes you can see available online where our team won’t see it on our physical schedule. Our team members, on the two calls, may have been looking at the two different schedule views: one that spreads the visit out, then the one (online version) that allows to add on to the base schedule. Please note, when you book online, you will need to fill out the information that our team was looking to add through the license plate, which populates all the needed info to book a phone appointment: vehicle info especially. Sometimes it’s hard to hear all the relevant details over the phone with the noise in our shops, thus the license plate is most efficient was to book the appointment. Please note, Mondays are the busiest day for us, so they can book up and get busy and backed up. When you email, please let us know when you booked your appointment.
