Fraud... they lie and say they have used tires, you arrive and don't work with that. You ask if they know where they have them (BECAUSE THEY ALREADY WASTED YOUR TIME) and they say they don't know!

Remember when safety check took 20 mins? They were full when I pulled in for my appointment at 730, so I wasn't expecting a quick turnaround thankfully it stopped raining so walking home wasn't so bad. An overall good experience here, I don't ever know what to do with my paperwork, last time they said leave it on the seat, this time I was supposed to bring it up. I started off on the wrong foot! I was checked in promptly, she told me 10-1030 but then offered alignment which I had done here previously so I still had sometime with the service, she said it would be 12 if I wanted to go ahead with that. I let her know I had to be somewhere at 1230 but to go ahead with it. I walked home, kind of on the dot around 12ish I got the call that everything was done but the alignment but because she knew I had to be somewhere, she suggested I reschedule it. Ok, no worries. I drag my wife out to go get her van, and Jesus if you thought they were busy before! I've never this many cars double parked. I join the double parking party and run in, after a little bit of time figuring out who I am and where is my paperwork, I pay and they bring the car around. All in all the great service I've grown accustomed to a Lex Brodies. They did what they could in a timely manner, I'll continue to bring my wife's van here!

Value cost that I have paid was $2,000.00 for the rear wheels bearings - was ridiculous!!! had no choice but to have them fix, they said it's dangerous to drive. Parts of the 2 was $750. 00 each, and labor for not even an hour was $500.00. I don't think as a consumer - was charged too much than the allowed and market cost to be fair. I'm a long time customer for Lex Brodies - I was stunned what they have charged me. I walked in this morning and waited for 3 hours to be squeezed with their schedule. I'm totally not satisfied with the cost that they charged me and NOT a satisfied customer. In fact I bought the tires from them, and brought it back to have it rotated after a few months, after a week I started hearing the bumpy sound and brought it back, they said the bearings are broken and need to be changed, and they even mentioned that was the last parts- really???? Like I said I had no choice or even time to shop around, they said it's not safe to drive. They really ripped me off - that's how I look at it. I've sent an email to their main office, hoping that they'll review my complaint .

The customer service at the Aiea Lex Brodie's is great. The representative I spoke with (Gina? Ada? Didn't quite catch her name) was very knowledgeable, not only about my car, but about interpreting the alignment readings. I've been going to Costco to get new tires for years but thought I'd try Lex Brodie's and am glad I did. I got four new tires and an alignment done, in about 2.5 hours.

i am still in shock about the cost of replacing rear wheel bearing of my scion xd; can't figure out material cost and labor that much. $1500 for pair of bearings and say $750 an hour of installation. Lex brodies aiea

Was ready to head out and heard a thumping sound coming from the rear tire. Pulled over and saw a nail stuck in the tire and turned around and drove home. Called Lex Brodie, explained the situation and they said come down. Went there and they took care of the problem. They removed the nail and checked to make sure the tire was operable. They were so understanding of the emergency and I was so appreciative of them. My wife and I have been long time customers of Lex Brodie Waipahu and their service and customer service is truly unbeatable. They are better than Sevco Toyota and better than Costco Tire Center hands down. Thank you to Lex Brodies Waipahu staff.
