Took the car in for a flat tire as the TPMS light was on, and a nail was observed on the tire. It turned out the tire pressure was low, and the nail disappeared on the way to Lex Brodies. Tire were inflated properly, and the TPMS light was off again. No charge for the service. What a surprises.

Took my car in for a brake repair about 1300 on Friday without an appointment and was helped by Cooper. Hi asked if I could leave the car overnight for the repair. That was fine with me since I was really concerned about driving the car. He called about and hour later with my estimate and I ok'd the work. I got a call from Cooper to say my car was fixed and could be picked up about 5pm --on Friday--. Excellent work by everyone at the Honolulu branch where I have been doing business for over 30 years. This is a good example of why I keep going back. I know what to expect and am not disappointed.
