Double check your wait times; Was not happy when I received my email confirming my appointment with a 2.5 hr wait (min) time and when after waiting 3 hrs I asked the lady if my truck was ready. She said only the oil change and not the rotation, I said I can't wait any longer so I'll take it and when I mentioned my emails wait time she pointed to the wait times displayed on the counter with same service but 4 hr wait time. I looked up my email incase I read it wrong, nope my email said 2.5 hrs. She again pointed and told me 4 hrs (twice) and didn't even look at my email as I was trying to show her. No discount for not having my tires rotated, and no apology or explanation why the 2 different times. Although it's only an oil change I've been going to the same location for years even after moving because I've had great service in the past.
