This is our 3rd vehicle that has entered the Lex Brodie system. We have always had excellent service and received a quality product at a reasonable price. We always book our appointments on line and always look for Kevin the service writer. He provides an excellent customer experience. Efficient & personable. Always a pleasure to deal with him. The service was very professional and Lex Brodie has wonderful employees.. I always feel that I wouldn't be taken advantage of( years ago I had a very negative experience with the Honda dealer). Our family has actually gone to LexBrodie since 1969my Dad always trusted them..

had a 10:00 appointment got a call about tire availability, changed to "we will call when they arrive". Got the arrival call during lunch, I said that "I will call"... When I called back I was told to come right away, ended up waiting until after 6:00pm, closing time!!!! When I complained about being called too early the attitude was at best not good. This was my first bad experience at Lex Brodie's, but I think it was bad enough. What's the use of appointments when I end up wasting a whole day? btw, the work done seems quite good!

I was impressed with how quickly a quote was provided and how easy it was to set up an appointment for the services I needed. The sales representative was very pleasant and quickly checked me in for service.

Scheduled an on line appointment for an alignment job for 8:30 this morning. It appeared that they were busy and we waited a bit to be serviced. Anticipating that the work would take 2 hours, went to get breakfast and returned to pick up my vehicle at 11:15. waited bit and work had not started yet. So we left again and went to the mall. Received a text 12:19 that work was completed. Received very courteous apologies and significant adjustment to the bill along with explanation of other benefits.
