Replacement car battery for a prius cost me $420. The regular battery that starts the car, not the hybrid battery. A bit of a shock. Service is good and convenient.

Quick service & the billing was transparent. Their customer service was top-notch, and “the boss” I didn’t get a chance to get his name but the rep who assisted me said that he’s not just a manager but he’s “the boss”. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Came here on Saturday afternoon like around 3:30 (Punchbowl area) I’m surprised that no need an appointment & still accepted me for that time. Great experience overall!! Highly recommended. 😊👌

Came in to make an appointment for 2 new tires, alignment, and safety. They were able to do it within a few hours rather than come back another day! Even though busy, the staff were very helpful and took the time to address various issues that came up.

Was in the area and called to see if they could take me for a safety check. The person answering the phone said sure you can come now. So we detoured and drove there and walked to the window to check in. the person said it was a 2 hour wait. Why didn't the person answering the phone tell us that? The way she made it seem when she said "sure come now" was like they could do the safety check right away. Drove back to the ward area and found a place that took us right away with no wait.

My wife called Lex Brodie's Waipahu and got an appointment for the next day to take a look at a screw we found in the tire. They said it would take an hour. We'll I'm sitting in their waiting room now for an 1:15 min now, got here 15 min. early for my appointment, and they haven't even looked at my car yet. Why make an appointment if they aren't going to keep their end on time. Just as I was writing this, they finally took the car to get it looked at. Now after almost another 20 min. they come in to tell me that they cannot fix the tire because they don't carry those tires. They used to do a precheck when you rolled in and take a look at what the problem is. If they did that, I wouldn't have been wasting my morning in the waiting room for 1-1/2 hours. Good news...no charge for taking 2 hours to tell me that they cannot fix my tire. Another 1/2 hour to check the air in my tire and take it off the rack. NO CAN!

I was surprised by the quick service considering that I requested 3 things to be done.
