I had an appointment on Monday @9am and it was 530pm and I didn't receive a call back letting me know if my truck was done.They close at 6pm I called at 530pm and they told me oh sorry we don't have any filters to complete your oil change. It's unfortunate but you can leave your vehicle, I said I have to work they said ok you can come next Monday and finish ur oil change. They said they would put it under wait and not drop off, so it should not take as long as it did before, it Supposed to take 45 mins it took 2.5hr. The fact that I had to come back another day to do my oil change because they weren't prepared and didn't take corrective actions to call earlier to inform me. Im so disappointed with Lex Brodies. I thought they were good but, I guess they changed. The people are really nice but the speed is very slow and not efficient and I'm irritated that I had to wait so long!

Prices are mostly fair. Occasionally they don’t tell you about things they could have fixed but didn’t. Those are noted on the invoice. It was great to meet the young mechanic who worked on my car. She was awesome and answered my questions on what she found and fixed.
