Made an appointment a week ago. When we dropped the car off they told us it would be 4 hours for an oil change. Yes we could’ve rescheduled, but today was our only availability. Jammed up our plans for sure. Would’ve been nice if they let us know before our 1pm appointment and we could’ve come in 2 hrs later..

I given them another shot and let me tell you I was impressed at the customer service. Brooke helped me through the whole tire searching, purchasing and appointment process. She helped me find the biggest tires that'll fit my truck without any modifications. She got me the tires and got me into the very next day for installation. If you have any questions about tires and looking to buy a new set Brooke will definitely answer all your questions. The value for the tires I purchased was exactly what I was looking for. Mahalos

Quick and effective service !

I wanted to get this review in before the end of the year, and share how much I appreciated Lex Brodie's fast and professional service on my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in November 2024. A special shout out goes to Service Provider Theresa Togia, a true profesional in every way who took care of me without hesitation and ensured that all my concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly. Theresa’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. The team at Lex Brodie's went above and beyond to provide excellent service, and I’m thrilled with how my Jeep is running now. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs. My family and I had a great experience here. We were driving a rental and needed to get back to the airport, but we got a flat tire. We stopped at the Goodyear tires first because they wouldn’t close for another 2 and half hours. Goodyear said we’d have to leave the vehicle overnight because they didn’t have time to get to it that day. We couldn’t do that, so we found Lex Brodie’s. Even though we got there 10 minutes before they closed, they were more than willing to help us. They did a great job repairing the tire, were very fast, very friendly, and didn’t even charge us for repairing the flat. We were in a bind and they were amazing, even staying a few minutes late to help us out. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a shop that focuses on great customer service!

Drop off was quick, work was completed within projected time frame, thorough explanation of work performed, and check out and payment was fast. Overall great service.

As usual, was the best service along with the best e.ployees.
